Before I was sent for a personal interview with my future employer, I went through a personal interview twice. During the interview, which took place in a very quiet and friendly atmosphere, we talked not only about work experience, but also about family, how I liked living in the Czech Republic, and my already achieved and future goals.
Especially Mrs. Grunsberg was very open and surprised me by how many key people she knows, be it people from show business, politics or businessmen. It is obvious that she has a good overview and knows what employees her clients are looking for.
In my personal case, I was invited to only two personal meetings with people who were looking for a job qualification that I could offer. At the second interview, my current employer and I immediately caught each other‘s eye. I have been working for them for a year now and I can say that I am definitely not going to change my current job in the long-term future.
And that’s why I have nothing else to say other than: “Thank you very much!”
A new job is always a challenge and something new, but in my case this applies doubly. Returning to my homeland and also a completely different culture. This is a huge challenge. Changing the environment and also a new job always moves a person one step higher and gives them a broader horizon and perspective.
I am very glad that I met Klára from Talent – Executive Search and I could rely on this company and completely trust them to find my dream job.
The offer from Talent Executive Search was a ticket on a ship which I didn‘t know exactly where it would take me! Talent – Executive Search has always provided me with great work for 19 years, contact with interesting people and employers.
Thank you Klára!
Almost 12 years ago, Klára from Talent – Executive Search called my (then future) wife that she heard about me looking for a job and that she knew about something that could be right for me. We met future employers only 2 days later. We immediately got on well together and this connection still works to this day. So Klára estimated it correctly, as in many other cases. In connecting people and opportunities, she is simply great.
Talent Exucite Search and its consultants have turned the helm in my life a bit. After long discussions, we found out that I was doing work that I no longer develop or enjoy. They recommended me to work in the arts and crafts – goldsmith (I worked in management). I honestly laughed at them at first, but then it didn’t work out. I enrolled in a school for goldsmiths and jewelers at the age of 40. I successfully graduated from the school and in 2018 I opened my own goldsmith’s studio in Jánský Vršek in Prague. I found that I really enjoy creative work and that in addition to profit, work also brings me the joy of satisfied customers. Many thanks to the whole team and good luck to your work.
